Boilermaker House is divided into a number of sections; each perfect for a variety of occasions.
We have 14 seats at the bar. The perfect spot to plonk and perve on our 700 malt whiskies that you find majestically towering over the venue. Grab one of our signature Boilermakers, and some cured meat and cheese from our dedicated cured meats and cheese bar and settle in.

Meat & Cheese Bar
The meats and cheese bar takes pride of place upon entry with seats available at the bar or at our hanging communal and tasting table.
For groups of six to eight we also have four large booths; the perfect spot to catch up with friends for a sharing plate and a few cocktails.

Settle in with a meal from the grill. Our chef has created a menu that perfectly accompanies our selection of beers and whisky. Some of current favourites include; the ‘fennel and chili popcorn’, the ‘rabbit and pistachios rielletes' & our Venison burger.

Exclusive Dining Area
A semi private room with direct access and seats at the bar with a small table for groups of six to eight.
Available for private bookings, this is the perfect spot to host a cocktail party for up to twenty people.

We’re in love with all things whisky, and have gone to great lengths to create an amazing selection of whiskies from all over the world.
Scottish Malt whisky reigns supreme, but expect to find plenty of Japanese whiskies as well as a strong selection of Australian and other world whiskies. Our American whisky game is pretty strong as well with 50+ Yankees on the back bar.
There is no finer companion to a nice whisky than a frosty beer. We’ve tried to have as much as fun as possible with our beer selection and are mostly supporting small to medium sized craft breweries who focus on quality and flavour.
With 12 beers on tap and 40 offered by bottle we’re confident there is something for even the most adventurous drinker. We hope you love exploring new flavours as much as we do & as most beers are on rotation don’t expect to see them on the menu for long.

Cured Meats & Cheese
Wine and cheese matching is so 1999.
2015 is all about whisky and cheese, whisky and cured meats. Is there anything better than a double shot of Oban served up with our 36month Jamon Iberico? We think not! Unless of course you add some burrata to the mix. Heaven!
With 25+ different cured meats on display and as many cheeses there’s something for everyone.

In addition to our selection of cured meats and cheese our head chef Andrew Douglas has created a menu well matched to the business of boozing.
Whether it’s our Venison Burger with Gorgonzola, The Veal tartare with Islay whisky dressing or our 400gm scotch fillet with golden ale glaze we hope you dig it.
We’ll cater for any event, big or small.
