Children are welcome and must be with their legal guardian at all times up until 9pm. We do not have high chairs, please advise upon booking if you require extra seating.

We take reservations for parties of 2 at our meat and cheese bar, and groups of 5-14 guests in our main bar area. All bookings are allocated a 1 hour and 45 minutes seating period. If your party size is more than 14 guests, please get in touch with our reservation and events team directly at info@boilermakerhouse.com.au

All booking can be modified via our reservations widget up to 48 hours before your booking time. If you would like to make a change to your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, please give us a call at (03) 8393 9367.

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

We accept all major credit cards except Diners. A surcharge fee applies for all credit card payments. Sundays and public holidays also incur a 15% surcharge.

Please note that a 15% surcharge will apply on Sundays and Public Holidays.

A bar tab can be started with a credit card and a valid driver’s license or passport.

We are not the fashion police, however please be aware we do require all of our guests to observe a “smart casual” dress code. If you have any questions regarding the dress code please give us a call.

Yes we do have disabled access to Boilermaker House. Please call ahead to discuss with the venue if you require access.

Please let your host in venue know if it is your birthday, we will always make your visit extra special.

You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake, we have a $5.00 per person service fee.

Boilermaker House takes every possible precaution when catering to dietary requirements however cannot guarantee the absence of egg, nut, soy, milk, wheat, fish and shellfish from anything produced in our kitchen. Serious or threatening dietaries require a reservation and a minimum 48 hours notice prior to attending.

Boilermaker House is not a BYO venue, we have a fully licensed bar with an extensive and unique range of beverages.

We are able to split bills for up to 4 cards per table.

Gift vouchers can be purchased via our website here. All vouchers are sent via PDF to the nominated email address and require 48 hours for processing. Please check your junk or spam folders for your purchased gift voucher if you have yet to receive it. 

We unfortunately don’t sell Masterclass specific Gift Vouchers however you can redeem our normal vouchers on this experience.

Please note gift vouchers are valid at the specific venue they have been purchased for and have a 3 year validity period. We ask that you present the voucher at time of your reservation or Masterclass booking.

RESERVATIONS

Boilermaker House takes reservations for groups of up to 14 guests and booking periods are for 1 hour and 45 minutes.  

Boilermaker offer 2 types of seated bookings. Select between Bar Service and Table Service at the time of booking  

Bar Service

Perfect for larger groups, bookings wanting a more casual experience or parties that are wanting to split bills – bookings in our bar service areas are invited to order and pay at the bar. Bar service bookings will be reserved a table for their arrival and have full access to our full food and beverage menus. If you are looking for one-on-one table service with our passionate crew, please look for a reservation in one of our serviced areas.

Table Service

Treat yourselves to one-on-one service and the beer and whisky expertise of our passionate team in our full table serviced area. Let our crew put in the leg work, ensuring your every need is catered to – from recommending your perfect brew or dram, to taking orders and delivering everything to you. Sit back and relax in our full table service area. If you are wanting a more casual pay as you go scenario, please look for a reservation in one of our non-service areas.
